Linen Stitch Square is the inspiration for the Linen Square Temperature Blanket. From the center-out, squares are worked in turned rounds. Each round counts as one day, and each square has 33 rounds – one round for each day of the month, with any remaining rounds, worked in white. This achieves the goal of making all squares the same size. Twelve individual squares represent the 12 months of the year in the Linen Square Temperature Blanket. Upon completing all squares, the ends are woven in and the squares are wet blocked. After laying out the squares in the grid below, the main color (White) was used to seam the squares together.
